If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product within the first 10 days from the date of purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy, provided the following conditions are met:

Within the First 10 Days: You are eligible for a refund within the first 10 days from the date of purchase.

- Product Condition: The LUXE IPL Hair Removal Device must be in perfect working condition, undamaged, and without signs of misuse or abuse.

- Careful Use: We kindly ask that you use the product with care during this period. If you decide the product does not meet your expectations, please ensure it remains in its original condition.

Refund Process:

Initiating the Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Support team within the 10-day period. You can reach us at Support@kleerz.com

- Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

- Product Return: You will be responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product back to us. Please include the RA number on the return package.

- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.

- Refund Approval: If the product is found to be in proper working condition and meets the refund requirements, we will approve the refund.

- Refund Processing: Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process the refund. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
