365 - Days Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:
This One-Year Warranty is applicable to the LUXE IPL Hair Removal Device  and is valid for a period of 365-Days from the date of purchase.


Coverage:
LUXE is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the Device within the specified one-year period. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any Device found to be defective or malfunctioning during this period.


Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions resulting from:

- Misuse or Abuse: Any intentional or negligent use of the Device that is inconsistent with the provided user manual and guidelines.

- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any attempts to repair, modify, or disassemble the Device by unauthorized personnel.

- Accidents or Physical Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, or other physical events.

- Improper Storage: Failure to store the Device in accordance with the recommended storage conditions outlined in the user manual.

- Unauthorized Accessories: Use of accessories or components that are not supplied or recommended by LUXE von KLEERZ.

- Exceeding Environmental Limitations: Use of the Device in environmental conditions beyond those specified in the user manual.

Warranty Claims:
If you encounter a problem with your Device during the one-year warranty period, and you believe it is due to a manufacturing defect or malfunction that occurred during normal use, please follow these steps:

- Contact Customer Support: Contact LUXE von KLEERZ Customer Support by E-mail.

- Provide Proof: To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide clear video and photo evidence demonstrating the issue with the Device. This evidence should clearly show the defect or malfunction. Send this evidence to Customer Support for evaluation.

- Evaluation: Our Customer Support team will review the provided evidence and assess whether the issue falls under the Warranty coverage.

- Resolution: If the issue is deemed eligible for warranty service, LUXE von KLEERZ will provide a replacement Device at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for the replacement Device will be the remaining time from the original one-year warranty.

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring the Device is used in accordance with the user manual and guidelines provided.

Properly maintaining and storing the Device.

Contacting LUXE von KLEERZ Customer Support promptly upon discovering an issue.

Providing accurate and clear video and photo evidence when submitting a warranty claim.

Following any additional instructions provided by Customer Support during the warranty claim process.
